You hold and guard the integrity of the context and the codex (the rules of engagements) of the village. You are the Kaitiaki - the guardians protecting ecology/wilderness/village/community because this is who you are. You soul is fed by a village with Integrity and whole purpose continuity, not because you are paid or because it is your role, but because it is who you are. Part of your job is also to say who comes in and who needs to go out of the village. You facilitate Clarity of transition and collaboration with the Village Weavers and the Evolutionaries.
