As a Village Weaver, you are the connector in the village/the community/a project. You are the invisible glue and weave the people together from instincts and skills. You know who should talk to whom and make it happen. You know who is in conflict with whom and communicate the need for a process or a facilitated conversation to the Evolutionaries. You welcome people in. You care for the rituals, birth and death in collaboration with the Evolutionaries and the Earth Guardians.
